Dr. Timothy Kahn, MD

Dr Khan did a knee replacement surgery for me. All my questions were answered honestly. I was given expectations that were accurate. Two days post surgery Dr Kahn called me to see how I was doing … very caring, personable, honest. No one wants to have surgery, but when needed you want a doctor like Dr. Kahn!

I feel so lucky to have been referred to Dr. Kahn when my 2022 knee replacement became infected. Two surgeries were necessary due the infection. One surgery to remove the infected components followed by six weeks of antibiotics. Then the second surgery to rebuild the knee. Both surgeries went well and the recovery was better than my original knee replacement surgery. Dr. Kahn is an excellent surgeon with a wonderful bedside manner. I highly recommend him. Just four months following the second surgery I am back on the tennis court without any pain.

Dr. Kahn was upfront with all the good and bad of my procedure and made me very comfortable. I was really impressed that he gave us his cell number so we could call with any concerns. I will be needing a surgery in the future but I know that I will be in good hands. Everyone in the office have been a pleasure to work with.

I was very impressed with Dr. Kahn from my visits with him before my surgery. He explained the procedure and answered my questions thoroughly and was so personable and kind. The surgery went great and I appreciated the many times he checked on me both in person and by phone after I got home. His staff was always helpful and kind. The follow up appointments went well and I am doing great!! Dr Kahn went above and beyond what I expected from my surgeon! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have knee replacement surgery.

I sustained a trimalleolar fracture New Year’s Eve and was directed to St. Mark’s hospital ER for immediate care. Dr. Kahn was the attending surgeon and had a full load of injuries and emergencies to attend to. The hospital staff was great, but even better was Dr. Kahn’s attention and care. Knowing he had many challenges that day, he still made quick stops to check on me and give options and thoughts about the next steps to get me on the road to recovery. He made me feel as if I was the only patient he had, although he had many. The repair surgery the next morning went well and his bedside manner is incredible. His office, mostly Annie, is professional and friendly. They are on top of all the paperwork for my FMLA and made all the details I needed to know very clear. Follow up appointments have been great and he is amazing at letting me know how well my progress is doing and makes sure I’m doing the right things. Thanks Dr. Kahn and team!

Dr Kahn and his staff are amazing. Their attention to my needs and concerns both before and after the surgery was over and above my expectations. I will be recommending Dr Kahn to everyone I know who needs knee or hip care. The effort that was taken against infection, the attention to my comfort and post surgery care, and the genuine concern for my safety and healing was professional yet so caring.
