Dr. Jordan understood our daughter's needs perfectly and got us the answers/diagnosis we so desperately needed. He wasn't great about listening, but the appointment time limits are likely the reason he had to move things along.

Dr. Jordan was so good with my son, and patient with him. He really encouraged him when it was time for testing and made everyone feel at ease.

We were able to get an assessment my son that I have been seeking for years. It was thorough, and provided the information needed for my son to receive reasonable accommodations at school. No parent wants to hear that their child is on the autism spectrum, but it was presented in a kind and caring way. I'm thankful for the information and hopefully we can utilize resources that will benefit my son for many years to come.

I take every opportunity to rate and also avoid any relationship with your Organization whenever I can. My years of experience with Providence have been consistently awful and I tell everyone. As far as I am concerned the corporation is dishonest at best.

"lock your child in a room"
Horrible. I took my five-year-old son who had severe separation anxiety in addition to a lot of behavior issues. Dr. Jordan told me to lock him in a room for 30 minutes when he misbehaves. I told him my son had separation anxiety. He shrugged and said, "You don't want him to be happy about it, do you?" I left. What a horrible man. I am so sorry for all the parents who go to him and do not have anyone else to help them. My son is the fourth of my six kids, I knew this doctor was terrible right away but if I had been a new mother maybe I would not have been as confident in leaving Dr. Jordan's office and shaking the dust from my feet. BTW, my son is now 14. He was diagnosed with dyslexia, anxiety, ADHD, and dysgraphia in first grade. He was diagnosed with Autism, OCD, Tourette's, and other issues when he was in 5th grade. Obviously, moms know their kids best. Trust your gut!

Dr. Jordan was absolutely professional and courteous during our appointment. He observed and diagnosed our son thoroughly and was kind to me as well as our child. At no point were we made uncomfortable and I have complete confidence that his diagnosis is accurate. Dr. Jordan explained both the diagnosis and plan of action in detail and when we had additional questions, he contacted us personally to clarify them. I highly recommend Dr. Jordan when looking for a specialist in this field.

My son had already been diagnosed with SPD - Sensory Processing Disorder. I gave Dr. Jordan a brief history of what our son's symptoms had been, what we did, and how he was now different. He just kept saying, Do you really believe taking wheat out of his diet made a difference? Prove it! I told him, why yes, I do believe it, because within 2 weeks of eliminating wheat, my son could get words out. I cried though the whole appointment.
