My wife and I have had wonderful experiences with Dr. Highley over the last 15 years. We are so thankful that he is our dermatologist; Dr. Highley is easy to talk to and he goes beyond the call and then some to find and solve all skin problems.. His staff, especially Wendy, who was office manager on our very first visit is very professional and personable. Of course; we would highly recommend Dr. Highley!!!!

Efficient intake process. Went to exam room a couple of minutes early!!! Dr Highly came in with 2 nurses, gave me a full body exam for skin issues quickly and efficiently. He explained in great detail what he was doing. I felt treated as a person, not a patient or a number. Can't say enough good things about him and his staff.

Dr. Highly is not just an exceptional physician. He is an exceptional person. He is professional, knowledgeable, proficient as well as kind, concerned, gentle and caring. My husband and I have been patients for nearly 20 years and wouldn't ever consider another dermatologist, nor would I ever recommend anyone else.

My wife and I went to Doctor Highley for the first time today. We were both blown away by the experience. The Doctor, is kind, compassionate and incredibly knowledgeable.. The staff is very competent Everything is clean and new and beautifully designed. We had been to another dermatologist several months ago and she was a poor listener who failed to solve our problems. Not today. Go see Dr. Highley and you will be glad you did1

Dr. Highley is attentive and considerate. Takes time to listen and address all concerns presented. Gives excellent "discharge" instructions following services in his office. I've had consistently very satisfactory services from him and his staff.

Dr Highley is wonderful. Dermatology Medical Associates is first rate. Just had a checkup and couldn't get over how professional, courteous, and helpful everyone was. Dr Highley really listened to my concerns. He made his evaluation and performed his magic (I have a bunch of keresotes that I have removed every couple years. ) In the past, I have always ended up with Drs that think this should take multiple appointments which of course means more $ for them and is inconvient for me. Not at DMA.

One of the worst doctor's appointments I have ever had. I feel like Dr. Highley didn't care enough to ask questions to find out what was really going on with me. He just started spurting off some name of medications that he could prescribe to me. It feels like he is only there for the paycheck and prestige of the position. Complete waste of my time and money.

He was very educated and thorough, but as a female I appreciate the caring, thoughtful, patient side of doctors (call it bedside manor if you will). I appreciated Dr. Davidson in this office for this reason. She was probably the BEST dermatologist I've had in all my 20+ years of going to one. She was thorough, educated, caring, and patient.
