Disturbing and Unprofessional
This particular doctor is absolutely the most incompetent and unprofessional doctor I have ever experienced! He has a very rude staff and his manners are extremely poor. The forgot I was in a room waiting for the stents to be removed, over two hours. This doctor should not be allowed to practice on any patient

Great Dr., direct, kind; office another story
Dr. Grayson saved my life with Hydronephrosis. However, had I not called and called and called after my ER visit, I never would have seen anyone. Follow up was very difficult to schedule a month later. And now a year later, I called for an appointment because I have developed kidney stones and they told me it would be weeks to get in but I could come to their clinic on Fridays. I dont want to go to a clinic......I need to find a different Doctor with a better office process.

Dissatisfied
Office visits are miserable to say the least, wait times run over 2 hours and once in a examine room the wait is for an extended period. The nursing staff give the strong impression they would prefer not dealing with any patients, could be attributed to a terrible scheduling system, the waiting room is usually full with often visibly upset people with wait times . I was told I needed an MRI to be done at another hospital, I ended up having to schedule myself, afterwards I was told I needed a biopsy and after several weeks of waiting to hear about scheduling and calling the office to get information I still have yet to hear anything from a scheduler. I have another urologist at this time.

Excellent. Better than expected
Excellent. Went in for a consult on the Rezume procedure for BPH. He found I still had an UTI and changed my meds. Dr Grayson is very direct, something I really appreciate as I come from a technical background where directness is required. He gave me a honest comparison between Rezume and TURP that my urologist in Tallahassee did not. He also laid out a written plan of action if I wanted to proceed and scheduled a kidney sonogram for minor pain in the kidney area. He went far beyond what I expected. I was very impressed. While I will probably return to Tallahassee for the TURP, I owe him thanks for a very professional assessment and corrective action. If you are complaining about waiting, you should know that this nation if very short of urologists and wait times can often be longer than expected. Mine was about 40 minutes.

Dr. Grayson checked on me every day during my 7 day hospital stay, and he was not my main surgeon. He was very thorough and I thought that he did a great job.

5-If it was just Dr. Grayson, this would be a 5. He is very pleasant and was really great with my 1 year old. His receptionists are amazing! They have very sweet personalities! 1- The wait is terrible! We had a 9:20a appointment and arrived at 9:15a. We didn't get to a room until 10:40a and didn't actually see Dr. Grayson until 11:15a. 1-Dr. Grayson's nurse or PA (brown curly hair, skinny) must been having a bad day because no one can be that short/cold/rude for no reason. She never smiled and really seemed to hate being at work. When I asked for a copy of paperwork I signed, she seemed truly offended and told me no it's "just a consent form." For these reasons, he gets a 3.

After multiple surgeries/procedures in one year, I went to another Urologist for a 2nd opinion. Dr. Grayson had said that all surgeries/procedures were successful, but I learned that NONE had been successful and nothing had been accomplished by doing them. I've also spoken to friends and coworkers about their experiences and learned that many had gone elsewhere when Dr. Grayson did not help them.
