Dr. Timothy Garvey, MD

Dr. Garvey interrupted me mid-sentence as I was asking him concerning questions about my pregnancy, stating 'do you have any important questions? Because I have a flight to catch and six patients in the waiting room.' He also instructed me to make sure I am exercising since I will never be able to once I had my baby. When asked if he had kids he stated, 'Oh God no! I bring them into this world but don't want any. Lastly, I went in for my induction & he was on-call. I asked to see the doctor because the resident couldn't break my water & he never came. Zero patient care skills.

This dr was on call the day I delivered my baby. I delivered the baby all by myself in the hospital. It was traumatizing and unnecessary. When he finally showed up, the baby was already born and none of us knew what to do. Apparently he had been in the hospital the whole time but didn’t come. Afterwards I got a big bill from him. I questioned why he was charging me for a delivery he didn’t perform. I sent several emails to him all of which he ignored. I ended up settling with the office for 1/2 the amount because they said “he still stitched you up.” Thanks for the stitches Dr. Garvey!

Love Dr. Garvey! He is very caring and knowledgeable. I trust his medical opinion. I am on a medication that has many side effects. When I told him what symptom I was experiencing he knew it was caused by that medication.

Dr. Garvey is amazing! I love his bedside manner. He cares about your overall health as well as your reproductive health. The only thing is make your appointments in advance- he is popular.

Dr Garvey performed my emergency c section. He was kind and said the right things. Took care of my excessive bleeding and did the job. I'm thankful everything turned out ok and I have him to thank.

Doctor Garvey terrified my wife and I needlessly. We left him and have never been happier. Very unprofessional. First thing he wants to talk about after telling us that we had a low chance of successful pregnancy (when we find out it actually is successful) is abortion and DNA testing to see. THIS DOCTOR IS HORRIBLE! No communication skills. No empathy. No people skills.

Dr. Garvey is one of the best doctors I've ever had. He is kind and sincere as well as very competent. I'm so grateful I found him. Highest recommendation possible.

Dr. Garvey is an angel, pure and simple. He is caring and rooting for you and baby from day one. He is rock star whom I feel so blessed to have as my OBGYN. I have my little baby boy now because of Dr. Garvey's care, graciousness, and wise and fun spirit.

I should have written a recommendation for Dr. Garvey many years ago! I began seeing Dr. Garvey back in 2010 during my first pregnancy. Having had 1 late-term loss, 1 early miscarriage and 2 complicated pregnancies (in-hospital bed rest for 2 pregnancies for almost 2 months), Dr. Garvey was my OBGYN for all of the above and I proudly am the mother to 2 healthy little boys. I trusted Dr. Garvey, his decisions, bedside manner and overall attention and I am thankful he was with me through it all.
