I just read another review about Dr Chen's office and the "confused staff". I am sorry that this patient had a bad experience with the doctors office, I can't say I feel the same way. I have called into the office several times over the last two years and I am always very appreciative that Dr. Chen himself always responds quickly to my questions. Additionally he has called me personally to go over what I would call routine blood work results. I am very satisfied with the care I receive here. The

I found Dr. Chen to be dismissive and condescending. He has a very cold bedside manner. I found his exam to be rushed and careless. He seems like he needs a vacation. I wouldn't bring anyone you care about to this doctor.
