Dr Carlton Saved my Life 36 years ago
Dr Carlton diagnosed my first cardiac condition in 1987 when I was in my early 30’s and immediately had additional testing done and once results confirmed my need for an aortic Valve replacement he walked me through options and recommendations. He also lined up one of John Muir’s best surgeons, Dr Reed to do the open heart and implant my new valve and then had a pacemaker installed. In 2004 Dr Carlton identified and ascending aortic arch aneurism and was able to connect me with a Stanford Dr Craig Miller who had pioneered an Ascending Arch replacement procedure. Subsequent to That Dr Carton continued to manage my heart health until I left the Bay Area. I just last month had a Third open heart surgery including replacement of Mitral and Tricuspid valves, a Maze procedure and after all these years some replacement Leeds for my AICD device. If not for Dr Carlton’s Medical Management and getting me to all the right specialist I would not have Survived the last 36 years.

Saved my life
My heart stopped beating properly, 3 times in one afternoon. If not for Dr. Carlton's intervention, I wouldn't be writing this. This was 28 years ago, I'm still here and so very grateful for his expertise and care.
