Dr. Timothy Brock, MD

I went to the ER for endometriosis pain. It's very rare that you find an ER Doctor that is empathetic towards said pain as most tend to brush it off as if it's nothing. Initially I had contacted my OBGYN office about being in severe pain and they told me to just go to the ER which I really didn't want to do (who does). In the past, the few times I've been told to do the same thing for endo flares ups I was treated like some addict and the Doctor's were very rude. So on top of being in severe pain I was sent home feeling upset and defeated. For the first time ever I was treated as a patient with genuine pain and not just brushed off and pushed out the door. So THANK you again for being a Doctor that took my pain seriously and for still doing bloodwork just to be on the safe side even though I said it was most likely just an endometriosis flare up. More ER Doctor's should be like you when it comes to women with sincere, debilitating cramps. It sucks and we can't help it.

Dr. Brock was very kind and personable. He was very friendly and had a warming smile. He came in and updated me multiple times on labs and results while also giving me some options and different ways to figure out what was going on. Dr. Brock shared some stories and made sure to even sit down at the bedside to take time to talk with me. Definitely one of the best ER docs I’ve met (and I’m a nurse, so I’ve met a handful).

Understanding, compassionate, went the extra mile when he could have just sent me on my way. Thank you
