Dr. Timothy Bert, MD

Dr Bert seems knowledgeable but my visit was very rushed. He interrupted me several times and I felt like because I wasn’t a typical sports medicine patient I maybe wasn’t as important as a sports person would be.

Called after being referred by a Tucson orthopedic doctor. Very rude staff after a lengthy on hold wait. Would not recommend this practice.

I saw Dr. Bert for a torn glutenous minimus. The previous doc I saw said it could only be repaired through a grueling surgery and recovery. Dr. Burt gave me a completely different option besides surgery to repair my hip problems. He was warm, generous and spent as much time as I needed to explain what needed to be done. I think he is a terrific doc and you would be a lucky patient to be under his care. Don't waste your time looking around. He's your doc!

On time. Very informative and professional. Procedure done quickly and was not unpleasant... from someone is who shot-adverse. PA very efficient and helpful too.

Dr. Bert was professional, thorough and kind. He Took the time to explain the results of my tests and check me out physically- which I appreciated. Great experience. Would recommend a consult at the very least! Office staff were also very professional, competent and kind which is equally as important.

Pleasant atmosphere. Prompt attention and Dr was very informative and easily understood. Definitely would recommend Dr Birt to anyone needing a consultation exploring alternatives to surgery.

Greeted by the desk staff as soon as I walked in! Felt like they cared for me as their patient. Not like a #. Receptionist that helped me was wonderful & friendly and had a wonderful personality. Office is beautiful and I felt safe with the social distancing protocol they had in place. Dr. Bert was caring & didn’t rush the appointment & asked me if I had questions. Very impressed with the whole appointment from start to finish!

The visit was to review MRI results and discuss a diagnosis and treatment options for my hip pain. Dr. Bert was pleasant and very informative. He took time to answer questions that I had and reminded me that I could contact him through my patient portal if I came up with more questions. Highly recommend him!

Dr. Bert is a fantastic hip surgeon. He is very thorough which has been especially needed due to this surgery being a revision. I appreciate how informative he is. He actually goes over every x-ray and/or MRI with me and is up-to-speed with all my PT info, which is awesome. I also appreciate how kind his staff is and how punctual everything is. My only suggestion... it should be the patients choice if a follow-up is with the doctor or PA. Doesn't change my rating as I was able to get the appointment changed. However, to be told the doctor had to ok the change was off-putting as I am the one paying for the appointments and it's my body being impacted. Also, Katie is awesome, I just want the choice to be mine.

My appointment at the facility was very pleasant. The wait time was average and the staff was very nice. I would recommend Dr Bert to family and friends.

Dr. Bert was very thorough, knew exactly what my hip needed & it wasn't surgery, thank goodness! Gave me an injection & 6 weeks of therapy.

I was extremely pleased with the professional manner in which I was treated by the staff and physician at the time of my first visit at this office. Dr. Bert reviewed my x-ray imaging results with me and explained them in a thorough and easy to understand manner before he discussed treatment options with me. He treated me in a kind and caring manner and his pleasant demeanor added to my level of comfort as he completed my required treatment in a highly efficient and competent manner.
