If I could, I would rate this doctor with a 0. My appt. was for 10a.m. When I made the appt. two weeks previously, I was told that the doctor MUST have all my medical records before the appt. or the visit would be canceled. I drove 75 minutes to hand-deliver my records. THe day of the appointment, the doctor never enter my room despite me sitting and waiting for 90 minutes in an exam room. No one ever told me where the doctor was, but I know he was there because I overheard patients in adjacent rooms greet him when he walked into their rooms. At 12:30, he called me and told me in a message that he was delayed because a patient was sick in chemotherapy. Just by the length of this review, cancer care should never be this stressful. My advice..ignore the remarks that the Cleveland Clinic is the best in South Fl. This has happened a number of times, and when it hasn't, patients are still waiting for over 60 minutes to see doctors.

Dr. Nguyen did not seem to be providing the best alternative treatment for my wife during her struggles with colon cancer. On our scheduled visits, he appeared to be disorganized on what he should do next, or because of not making proper chart notations, on what he had decided to do during our last office visit. On many occasions, he would would ask my wife if she had remembered what was it that they had decided to do.
