Dr. Tiffany Grunwald, MD

I am an MS patient who has always been heavy chested. Given my challenges with balance (also not always being able to see my feet), this procedure was a medical necessity. Dr. Grunwald's attention to detail, listening to and answering my questions helped allay my concerns. I'm much more confident with walking and learning daily functional tasks. My physical therapist's last evaluation lowered my fall risk from borderline high to low!

Dr. Grunwald was very kind and patient in explaining the procedure. She answered all my questions. Her staff was also friendly and helpful.

Dr. Grunwald was incredibly patient and took her time to answer all of my questions. She was thorough, warm and had great overall bedside manner.

Dr. Grunwald is an amazing surgeon in every way. She is caring, an expert, an artist, and honest. This is my third reconstruction with her and I couldn’t be more pleased.

I saw Dr. Grunwald for a revision 1.5 months after a staged breast reconstruction done at the time of my unilateral mastectomy which left me without a nipple and vertical wound dehiscence due to surgeon skill, or, rather, lack there of. The revision included replacing the dermal graft which came detached as well as a new expander and wound repair. The results were BEAUTIFUL! Dr. Grunwald is extremely thorough and post op instructions conservative, but exactly what I needed for a successful outcome. Due to COVID-19 (and some other medical issues), my final reconstruction has been postponed, but I am certain the outcome will be amazing. I am sad to see that some reviews were more above insurance and cost rather than Dr. Grunwald's skill, stellar bedside manner and attention to detail.

The best plastic surgeon ever . Kind , compassionate and real . Her work is that of an artist . I needed a redo of a bad mastectomy on my left side and a lift reduction on right to make them match , as I was so unbalanced after my original surgery by another plastic surgeon . Her bedside manner is fantastic . My real breast looks amazing . I can finally wear a bathing suit without being embarrassed . Her staff are all very kind and compassionate . She was out of network at the time do I had to pay a co pay but she was worth every penny ! I love her and her work as a skilled amazing breast surgeon and a person . I highly recommend Dr Tiffany Grunwald .

Please please do not go to her. I don't know if she is good but she took $1000 of my $1500 down payment after they told me my insurance covers her, they don't tell the truth. She promised that my surgery would be done at a hospital at the presence of my neurosurgeon. If you must do not sign anything before you read it. 5 days before the scheduled post mastectomy, reconstructive surgery I got a call from an outpatient facility and cancelled cause I had to access to the neurosurgeon and hospital facility. She treated me like dirt on the day before thanksgiving and told me I cost her a spot and was so unkind I was shocked. I filed a small claim court against her in January 2020 and she showed up in high heals with three of her staff members and lied in court that I knew that the down payment was a non refundable deposit!! I would have never done that with the cancer medical expenses. I had mastectomy in my right breast and she just saw the SPOT!!!

Dr Grunwald said she could do my breast reconstruction in a one-step procedure when all other consults said I would need two steps. So I decided one less surgery would be preferable. Only problem, she didn’t deliver what she said she could do. Now I need 2-4 surgeries to fix what Dr Grunwald did to my body. Also in pain 24/7

I had a breast reduction/lift with liposuction on the sides under the armpit and a nipple size reduction to boot! The results are beautiful, I feel younger and more confident, I can wear white again and not feel like I look a mile wide. Dr. Grunwald and her team are top-notch at what they do.

Dr. Tiffany is not only a lovely human being, she is a genius. She will not disappoint.

Dr. Grunwald is a kind, thoughtful and intelligent surgeon. You can't go wrong with her!

Dr. Grunwald and staff will be very nice to you . . . and then get your deposit. That is the last you'll ever see of your refundable deposit. I set a surgery date and put down a deposit "to hold the surgery date." The, just days before surgery the doctor informed me that I needed to get a mammogram and a fully enclosed MRI, both of which I made clear during initial consultation that I could not have. I cancelled the surgery, but now they refuse to refund my deposit. Not even responding.

Dr Grunwald is an ignorant dr. On the day of the surgery I was told by the general surgeon who preformed hernia surgery in the same time, that Dr Grunwald told her over the phone that she is only doing lipo on me. The general surgeon remembered a conversation between me and her that I am doing a tummy muscle repair on top of the lipo. The general surgeon was like an angel for me on the day of the surgery. When Dr Grunwaled showed up later, she was ignorant of what she will operate on me!
