Disrespect
I never had the opportunity to see Dr. Brazeal. I arrived for my appointment 20 minutes early and sat next to the receptionist. I observed many people come in 30 mins after me but one person in particular caught my attention when she came in frantic apologizing for being late and said she was there to see Dr. Brazeal. I was shocked and dismayed when they called her back before me. When I asked the receptionist about it all she said was Dr. Brazeal is running behind and there are no more available clean rooms to bring me back. I waited almost a year to see this Dr. only to be treated this way. I have been late for appointments before and when that happens I am normally told I have to reschedule or I have to be worked in. I just left in frustration as I didn't know how many others would be allowed to come in late and go ahead of me.

My first appt was 2 days ago and I have always had bad experiences with doctors after moving to okc from the East coast. Dr. Brazeal, her PA and the whole team truly changed my mind. They detected my skin issue right away and knew exactly what to do but still was was super courteous, respectful and All my questions were explained and answered in great details and open ears. Thank. You Dr. Brazeal. One day later my condition of seborrheic dermatitis on my face was gone. All questions were explained and answered. Also she complimented me on my bright noticeable smile and addressed me the whole time by my name without looking at any papers which was very nice of her to notice. I can confidently say she doesn’t treat her patients as a number rather smallest to biggest skin issue is treated with special care. I had a very nice experience in a clean and modern facility. I appreciate her care and she really is as gorgeous and radiant as the photos from her biography:)

Dr. Brazeal misdiagnosed a pea size lump on my 13yr daughters face and sent us to a surgeon. We returned to Dr. Brazeal's ofc with surgeon's recommendation of misdiagnosis. Now left with $650 out of pocket, pea size lump on daughter's face (now larger) which can cause scaring, and searching for new dermatologist. Dr. Brazeal completely wasted our time on 2nd visit. She was clearly offended by the surgeon's (one she recommended) determination and used visit to defend her original diagnosis.

Dr brazeal was the only doctor who could help my newborn son with his extreame eczema. He had it everywhere. He was miserable from the itch. Her treatment plan cleared him up. I'm so thankful he is no longer scratching until he bleeds and can sleep

I read the other review, they are one hundred percent correct. This doctor is a straight up LIAR. She has no clue how to do anything in there, but lie and laugh at you like you are unworthy. If you are on Medicare or Medicaid, go find a private dermatologist, not this skin HOSPITAL, where its a bait and switch, they will make sure they lie on the claim, so the insurance wont cover it, and your looking at a 500-700.00 bill and then 300.00 dollar cream no insurance will cover. She wants rich folks

I went in to get some skin tags taken off and I think that the doctor was horrible. She lets holes on my skin and was very rough with me. During my visit I almost felt as though she was making fun of me or something. She seemed very jittery and the utensils she used were dull and she had to get new ones half way through. I am not sure why you would not have proper utensils when you were doing something like this but it was extremely painful. All around this was a very poor experience.
