Best family doctor
Doctor visits are essential to a healthy life, but not always a thrill to go to. I must say I enjoy the staff from front to back. I like the fact i can have my blood drawn at the same location without having to go to a lab and wait. The phlebotomist in this office is the best I ever had. Chantrell makes the experience fun and not dreadful. Fast and Painfree. She's detailed to make sure everything is correct, explains it, patience, but gets you on to your day. Doctor Tien M Truong has been excellent managing my overall healthy. The visit detailed, well thought out, and truly focused on what's best for me. If you listen to her and follow what she says you'll feel better your lab result will improve and have more energy. They are truly there for you and your wellbeing.

Caring and knowledgeable physician
Dr Truong is serious and formal in her conversation, so if you’re looking for a BFF, keep looking. She is thorough, caring, and follows through with what she says she will do. I prefer a DO’s method of practice and very much respect Dr Truong.

This office is just out for money only. They are suppose to be a DO but really there's no difference between them and an MD. They are so happy to have you do all and every tests and refer you to a specialist when they finally make their money off of you. They started charging for paperwork that your doctor has to fill out, but you must do a doctor visit. They want to charge your insurance and on top of that $25 just to have them fill out that form, whether its for work, school or anything else. They give a prescription that you take regularly with just one refill so if you need more refill you have to be seen first. So same scam again. I will be moving my family of four from this office!

I would give Tien Truong zero stars but it doesn't exist. Tien Truong is the reason why my family of five left Arlington Family Practice. She is a rude doctor with a big attitude. Initially I thought I could overlook her bad bedside manners because she was very thorough in her profession but when my family members could no longer take her attitude I knew it was time for us to look for another doctor. When doctors like Tien Truong stop listening to their patients they are no longer good doctors, they're just collecting payments. Tien Truong doesn't like it when her patients don't just do as she says and ask questions about her diagnosis or other solutions to medication. She prefers if her patients take medications instead of other options. If Tien Truong was a last resort doctor, I think I would choose not to seek medical care. Choose Tien Truong as your PCP if you're okay with being treated with little or no respect. 90% of the staffers are also rude.

The staff is uncooperative and will not allow you to remove data from your files to protect your security. If you are unable to seek care at her office due to personal reasons you will be removed from the practice. The costs here are 2.5 times at other practices and the staff is angry and scary. You can wait to be seen without explanation or apology.

Dr. Truong took excellent care of coordination of my care at a crucial point in my health, I had numerous health challenges all of a sudden, and she made sure I saw all the right specialists for my care. She followed up on everything done for me and made sure I didn’t have bad reactions to new meds and procedures. I don’t know if I would have overcome these challenges without her diligent eyes and loving heart!

This place has all the people with the worst attitudes and horrible manners put together in one place. Literally the rudest facility i have ever been to. If you ask them to do anything within the scope of further explaining or elaborating anything, for example lab results, they go into a fit and get extremely defensive and have HORRIBLE attitudes. They lack an important element of someone who is in the health care field and that is HAVING EMOTIONS AND RESPECT AND MANNERS.

Dr. Truong was my regular doctor until she dumped me for seeing another doctor. When her office called me to schedule labs, I told them that my boyfriend, an ob/gyn, had already done my lab tests so he could help me try to conceive. They seemed fine with that on the phone. Imagine my shock when I got a letter a couple days later informing me that Dr. Truong is ending our relationship and will no longer see me. They didn't care that I'd done the labs elsewhere, just that I wasn't paying them.

It's now been four years since I've been to see her and it's been the best decision made. I could never get in to see her because she was always booked. Even if I was sick, I would have to wait several days and agree to see someone else in the practice just to be seen. When I would go in she would always talk down to me and would always tell me how bad I was and when I would complain how sick a medicine was making me she told me "you will just have to deal with it" and refused to discuss further

I am new to the Arlington area and I feel very lucky to have connected with Dr. Troung. She continues to impress me with her level of care. She telephoned me to discuss test results, not her nurse! She also speaks perfect English, if that is a concern to you.

Staff is very sweet and courteous. Although my visit with Dr. Truong has been very horrible. She yelled at me for not being able to make an appointment with her in feb. (Her staff said there was no openings for a month!) Then only over talked me, talked down to me, and wouldn't answer any of my medical questions. She told me that the current health problem I was having- that I should ask another special. .. in which that specialist had already told me to ask her. She had me leave in tears.
