Dr. Tien-Hoa Ko, MD

During the consultation, Dr. Ko displayed a dismissive and condescending attitude. He seemed more preoccupied with questioning the validity of my workers' compensation claim than addressing my severe pain stemming from tendinitis. Despite my attempts to communicate my symptoms, he showed little interest in examining the affected area or understanding the nature of my discomfort. Instead, he repeatedly focused on irrelevant details such as my employment hours, implying deceitfulness on my part.Dr. Ko's unprofessional behavior was exacerbated by his refusal to acknowledge the assessments of my private insurance doctor and occupational therapist. Rather than considering their evaluations, he proceeded to order X-rays without a comprehensive assessment of my condition. When I expressed my intention to seek a second opinion from my private physician, he showed indifference and attempted to assert his authority as the medical director. Will never com to Concentra Medical Care again!
