No good staff
Bad . Offers never returns phone calls even in emergency situations they do not relay the message to Dr. Ray and he has been told by many patients what his staff is not doing and that it can cause someone their life because they’re not doing your job he doesn’t seem to get so that makes him a bad doctor you can start calling his doctor at 9 o’clock when they’re supposed to get in there and you can call all day long right up until they close and no one answers the phone no one returns phone calls when you leave a message

First my background; I am a retired Registered Nurse, with a Bachelor of Science with honors/credits towards a master’s degree. I proudly was a 3-11 charge nurse for the Operating Room, worked in the ED, Hm Healthcare, and as surgical office staff. This is to inform you that I have solid knowledge and experience of which I speak. I began having very uncomfortable health issues in 2004 and could not continue as an RN. The ostentatious, highly popular physicians, I went to (from 2004-2011) would not listen to my problems. Saying ”You may be a nurse BUT…” Finally changing MDs, in Dec 2011, I found myself in a no-frills office and met Dr. Thuya Aye. This soft-spoken, gentle person listened to me and discussed the next moves to make. By Feb 2012 he found a rare, debilitating Neuroendocrine cancer, that is hard to diagnose. He brilliantly did it in record time. I am grateful for his support, care, knowledge, and compassion. The staff has always treated me with kindness and professionalism.

Very nice man but he doesn't return phone calls and is always running late. My last appointment was for 8:45 am. I was 5 minutes late but when I got there, the staff was just unlocking the door. Their Covid process is to call when you are in the parking lot and they will call you in when the waiting room is available. I called several times and got a message that the office was closed. I finally left to go to work. I eventually got a call back at 9:11 saying that I could come in now. Since I was almost at work, I canceled the appointment. I was told that the doctor was running late. Yes because they all rolled in late. Dr. Thuya and his staff doesn't consider that everyone's time is just as important as the doctor's. Also, I called a few weeks ago to ask what hospital the doctor was affiliated with and the staff member I spoke with didn't know and never offered to find out. Amazing.

Dr. Aye is a wonderful Doctor, he is compassionate and very thorough. He takes the time to give you the best care. Sometimes the wait is a little longer than it should and the staff can come off a little harsh but I have seen that is only when a patient is being childish and rude to them. I highly recommend Dr. Aye

Do NOT go here!! Worst doctor ever and has gone down hill the last 4 years! Medical assistants QUIT every month bc the conditions are terrible! Wait times are over an hour long consistently!! Prescriptions are NEVER done on time even though it’s a meds you’ve taken for 8 years to survive! Pharmacies are frustrated with this practice! The wife is rude and drives patients and staff away. For a long time, the dr answered phones, checked people in/out, cleaned rooms and saw patient bc everyone quit. Every month I go, either nobody is at front desk or it’s a new med asst. Do NOT GO HERE!!!!!! WOULD GIVE A NEGATIVE SCORE IF I COULD!!!!
