Refused care
My special needs aunt (who has epilepsy and is in a wheelchair) needed a primary care physician and tried to go to Dr Nguyen not once but twice. She was refused care and told to go to her assisted living doctor (there is not a physician at her facility). Very unprofessional and uncaring.
