Did not explain the reason for the symptoms or follow up on xrays or lab results. poor communication

I’m a critical care nurse, so I know the difference between good and bad doctors. Dr. Phamle is OUTSTANDING!!! She takes time to listen. She’s caring and professional. But most importantly, she is highly skilled and she fights for her patients. She had to go to bat for me on a medication that my insurance company didn’t want to cover. And, because of her footwork, I received the medicine I needed. Love this doc!!!

I was a patient of hers for over 2 years. After being in the hospital for over a month and a half where I almost died from sepsis and was left with a crippling muscle disease she refused to give me a refill of hospital medications while I waited for my new specialist’s appointment. When I started crying out of exhaustion and explained I felt demeaned by her she accused me of being an addict and that my muscle spasms that were continually worsening in front of her from stress were withdrawals. I came into Urgent Care and Dr. Phamle was excellent in her diagnosis and treatment for me. I was very appreciative to have her part of the team that supports this community in time of a medical need.

Extremely rude and inconsiderate to my wife. Never had a good experience.

Great Beside manor very knowledgeable, relaxed and listens to what your saying without jumping to a quick fix diagnosis. Look for a good doc she one of them.
