This man showed every trait of a malignant narcissist in the span of 30 mins. Office is completely empty. Do not recommend. See other reviews. Horrible experience. T

I've been going to Dr. Pham for 9+ years and love him. He always takes his time to listen to my problems/symptoms and gives me very thorough explanations and recommendations. He explains things in a way that even non-medical professionals understand. Recommended other family members to him as well and now pretty much my whole family goes to him. I really hope he doesn't move or retire anytime soon. I can book appointments through the myMercy app and usually can get in the same day or the next.

NO compassion from this physician and he acts as though you were far beneath him. This clinic has medication assistants (not RN's) who give injections but they call them Nurses. A MEDICAL ASSISTANT HAS 3-6 Months education not 4 YEARS LIKE THE RESY OF US WHO ARE NURSES.

Dr. Pham lacks compassion and communication skills, two characteristics vital for a primary care physician. He is rude and makes arbitrary decisions about patient care. I would NEVER recommend this man to a friend of family member.
