I was diagnosed with Covid and had horrible myalgias and headache that over-the-counter medication did nothing for. I couldn’t move because of the pain. I called Dr. Watson to request pain medication and he refused. He said I need to go to urgent care. Ridiculous. What is the point of having a PCP if he won’t care for his patients? I won’t be going back to this doctor and will switch my group to UCSD where I know I can get care. So upsetting.

Staff is terrible. It seems like they don’t care about their jobs. You can tell they’re not very experienced. I wonder if the doctor reads these reviews. He’d be so embarrassed.

Didn’t even get to see the doctor but I do feel bad for him that his staff are giving him such a bad image. They are really incompetent. This place is the worst clinic I have ever been to. It looks like I’m not the only one who feels the same sentiments. If Dr. Thomas Watson values his practice and license he would either retrain his staff or get new staff asap. Please avoid this place at all costs! The reviews don’t lie. The worst and rudest staff you’ll ever meet!

Excellent care! I accidently put nail glue in my eye thinking it was eye drops. I was panicked as my eye was glued shut and burning. They brought me into a room right away and Dr. Watson gently was able to separate my my eyelids and releave my eye pain.

He is incompetent. Never has time for patients. Shows no sign of compassion for his patients. His staff is unqualified and rude. His clinic is filthy. I would not recommend him with anyone. No one should be treated the way he and his staff treat their patients.
