Dr. Volatile takes the time to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I had my knee replaced Feb and have done extremely well since the procedure.He replaced both my Mother's hips and she is in her early 90's.I definitely recommend Dr. Volatile.

Easy to talk to and explained everything where I could understand it. Did a double knee replacement on me and I was back at work in a warehouse in 3 weeks and 1 day. I FEEL GREAT!!! No pain and no more taking anti inflammatory’s. Thank you Dr Volatile for restoring my quality of life.

I had hip replacement surgery on Sept 16, 2024. Dr Volatile came highly recommended and explained the procedure very well in advance. Surgery was scheduled in a reasonable time frame. The procedure went better than I expected. Within a couple weeks I was walking without a cane. I had a follow up visit 24 days after surgery and Dr Volatile said I was clear to resume my normal life. He was always upbeat during all visits and willing to explain and answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend Dr Volatile to anyone who requires knee or hip surgery.

Dr. Thomas Volatile is highly regarded in the Tyler, Texas area for his expertise in the use of Mako robotic knee replacement. As a recent patient, I can join those who rate him highly in this procedure. Compared to a friend who had traditional knee replacement surgery around the same time as mine, my recovery was faster and the length of discomfort shorter. I would recommend Dr. Volatile to anyone seeking advice or help with knee problems. He is top notch.

Dr. Volatile was so good to explain what I could expect from hip replacement surgery. And, once in the hospital, ready to go into surgery, he stopped by to see how I was doing before going in. I felt comfortable with what I was about to go through under his extreme competence. Surgery went well, recovery has gone very well, and I can finally, after two excruciatingly painful years of being barely able to walk, can walk just fine now! I can do yard work, house work, and climb bleachers at my grandkids sporting events! I am so very thankful that I was blessed to be Dr. Volatile’s patient! He is a precious commodity in the medical field; vastly knowledgeable, experienced, with a bedside manner patients truly appreciate! I recommend him to anyone who is in need of a fantastic surgeon!

Dr. Volatile answered any all of my questions. I didn't feel rushed and felt very comfortable talking with him. He did both of my hip replacements, and I would recommend him to anyone that needed to have a hip replaced. He also uses the Mako Robotic surgery which I am certain helped me heal faster.

Dr. Volatile saw me for a total knee replacement. I am 3 weeks post-op. My quality of life is so much better. I’m now able to walk a mile twice a day. He listened to my concerns. Surgery was our last resort. Dr. Volatile did such a great job, I’ve already scheduled my other knee replacement. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. His staff are all great. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Left knee replacement went extremely well. I really wish I had done the surgery awhile back now.. Not much or any pain. Healed very fast. At 5 weeks post op I’m walking without assistance of cane, driving, doing normal everyday activities. Dr Volatile was very knowledgeable, helpful, caring, & fun. I would highly recommend him & his staff. I’m so happy I had the surgery!

He is an excellent surgeon. I highly recommend him. I had a total hip replacement and was back to my normal life and work in 4 weeks.

It was very hard to come to this decision, but I am glad I waited until I found Dr. Volatile! Best decision I ever made. He was kind, and very patient with me. He also did a tendon release that was the best thing that has ever happened to me! I’m seriously considering having both knees replaced and I wouldn’t have any other physician.

Very knowledgeable and explains everything so you can understand. He uses the Mako Robotic Arm Assisted System. It was amazing! I had a previous TKR 6 years earlier with him and it went very well. This time, with the robotic TKR,I had less pain, swelling and my recovery time has been quicker! I recommend Dr. Volatile and the robotic TKR 100%!

I would highly recommend him. He has performed surgery on both of my knees and my left hip. He also got me in with the right doctor for my back. He is very personable. I have had minimal pain since my surgeries and my recovery has been easy.

I had a total robotic Left replacement via anterior approach and Dr Volatire was amazing. I was off my walker 2 days after my hip replacement. I have had very little to no pain post -operatively. I would high recommend Dr Volatile.

As soon as I agreed to having a total knee replacement, I was put under the care of an amazing team of medical professionals. A pre-op class prepared me for my procedure, another RN coordinated all my pre-op lab work, the LVN's either answered my questions or had other team members call me (even on a Sunday afternoon!). After surgery, any questions I sent to the doctor's office via email were answered within hours. My surgery was so successful that I was literally walking my dogs within a few days after going home! Besides being a great surgeon, Dr. Volatile is a leader. His team worked extremely well together to insure my needs were met at each stage of my treatment.

I had a bad knee that had made my leg very crooked. Was referred to Dr Volatile since this type of knee replacement was his specialty. After 3 weeks, my leg is straight, my knee is heeling well and I walk more normal every day. Great doctor.
