Horrified Treatment
I have been neglected and mistreated by this So Called Doctor. He mislead me about results from two scans and diagnosis plus worst of all rushed my exam follow up was extremely rude and condescending with no concern at all. He brushed aside finding out what further test to determine what and why my CT scans show a rare disorder OUT RIGHT REFUSING DOING ANY OTHER IMPORTANT TEST. Telling me go home take ibuprofen. Blaming my weigh gain which the weight gain came after the extrema pain increase and not being able to move. I'm upset and very anxious about afraid really for my health n lack of care or concern from this doctor I once highly respected.

Dr Vallone is awesome. His receptionist, Lucy, however, is incredibly rude. It's really sad when the staff represents an employer so badly. What a misleading image she gives of him. This is possibly the rudest health care professional I have ever spoken with. I hope she doesn't run off everyone the way she did me and my husband.
