Dr. Thomas Tzikas, MD

I have been going to Dr Tzikas for over 10 years. He is simply the best. I could not be happier. I have the most natural looking facelift. I have also had my lower eyes done and laser under the eyes and above my lips. His staff is also amazing and very professional. The office is spotless. I would not go anywhere else. If you want the best, this is the doctor you want to see.

I wish I could echo the satisfaction expressed in other reviews, but sadly I can't. When I consulted with Dr. Tzikas regarding a facelift, he suggested I also have a lip lift. I have always been considered to be an attractive woman and aired my concern about any change to my smile, but Dr. Tzikas reassured me that that would not be an issue. Unfortunately, the procedure which resulted in the corners of my lips being turned downward, made me appear older, angry, and ugly. None of my teeth are visible when I speak making me look toothless, and the act of smiling now requires much more effort. Interestingly, when I read this to my husband, he offered no disagreement.

The initial interview was not rushed. Dr. Tzikas answered all my questions, and I am moving forward with the procedure. The office staff was very accommodating in making and changing the appointments. The office appears to be very well organized.

From start to finish everybody was professional, courteous and friendly.

From the beginning of my consult appt to the surgery to the aftercare, has been pure perfection. This is a well oiled establishment they deserves a 10 Thanks to all of you!

Good overall experience with eyelid surgery, painless while awake. Nice natural results. He doesn't make you look like Cher but instead it looks improved but not Hollywood. Only complaint was I was immediately pushed out the back door as soon as he closed the incisions and not told how horrendous the swelling would be, or the healing time which was scary.

Dr. Tzikas operated on me in 2015. I had a face and neck life, laser, and my nose narrowed. He is the BEST. He is a true artist. I can’t praise him enough. I have no visible scars. That was the first time that I had plastic surgery. I have an appointment with him to have fillers. His office staff, and nurses were always the very best!

Several years ago, Dr. Tzikas performed upper eyelid surgery and lipografting. The surgery was flawless, as well as my recovery. Dr. Tzikas and his staff were incredibly professional and kind. The results were (and still are) beautiful. During the past year, I had two Moh's surgeries for basal cell carcinoma from a certified Moh's surgeon with a cosmetic surgeon performing the closures/repairs (not Dr. Tzikas). After my recovery from the surgeries and repairs (one year), I was left with two horrible scars in the middle of my forehead. Dr. Tzikas agreed to perform a scar revision surgery on both scars. The scars are still healing but have mostly disappeared. I am indebted to Dr. Tzikas and his staff forever. I highly recommend Dr. Tzikas for any cosmetic surgery!

Dr. Tzikas doesn't compare to most other plastic surgeons!He is truly one of the best and worth every penny. I went to him because I experience facial fat loss from a radiofrequency device. I had a full facial fat transfer and it was a wonderful experience, although I do need and want to repeat the procedure again because I am still not completely back to the way I used to be and want to be, it is a major improvement and he did an awesome job of using a lot of fat and he did it evenly! It's important to know that every person is different and fat re-absorbs; sometimes it has to be done several times but Dr. Tzikas cares about his patients and doesn't want to do excessive procedures. He has full understanding of fat transfers and does a great job explaining how over time the real results will show, and then you take it from there. Too many surgeons rush patients into surgery just to make money; he doesn't need your money! He wants to make sure his patients are informed and comfortable!

Dr. Tzikas is a highly skilled and knowledgeable plastic surgeon. He is professional and caring. His office staff is also kind and respectful. The environment is inviting and clean.
