I’ve rarely ever been treated as kindly as I was by Dr. Philbrick and his nurse today. I genuinely felt cared for by them both. I was experiencing high anxiety about a potentially painful procedure, but they took an incredible amount of time to reassure me, help me through the procedure, and they made sure I was recovered well enough to go home. I appreciate them so much, it’s a shame they are not part of a family practice.

Dr. Philbrick was friendly and had a gracious and kind bedside manner. He thoroughly explained the procedure I was about to undergo and ensured I had no questions before the procedure began. During the procedure Dr. Philbrick made sure I was not uncomfortable and kept me informed of each step along the way which greatly reduced my level of fear. I quickly realized I was in the hands of a competent professional and would highly recommend him.
