Pleasantly amazed!
I was very fortunate to have Dr Percy as my hospitalist during a recent stay at Baystate Noble Hospital in Westfield, MA. It was my first encounter with him and with Baystate Noble. Prior to this admission, I was leery of using smaller, outlying hospitals. Having a medical background and being 70 yrs old, I have developed certain expectations of medical care and treatment. I could not have been more impressed with all aspects of my stay. Thank you!
