Appointment was with Dr. Park but APRN-C showed up instead. Didn’t get the answers to my questions. Waste of time and efforts.

I appreciated the time Dr. Park took to examine me and explain my MRI results. He was receptive of my concerns and provided a detailed secondary treatment option that wouldn’t require surgery. He was attentive and took his time. I didn’t feel rushed, which was nice.

Dr Park explained my condition and proposed care in detail and was extremely thoughtful

On time, quick diagnosis and full details

I have had 7 back surgeries and he is wonderful. Different discs. Staff is so nice. Now neck problems and i knew who i needed to call. He listens to you and talks to you.

Met to discuss surgical fusion options in neck. Dr. Park took time to explain risks, benefits, and what post-surgery might look like. Set up a plan to move forward.

Check-in was extremely efficient. I appreciated being able to complete most of the forms online before my visit. I was called back quickly and Pia thoroughly reviewed my reason for the appointment. Amy, the nurse practitioner, then discussed the next steps. I was able to be seen for an MRI that afternoon at Stand Up MRI, right down the road. Since I traveled from out of town, this was an absolutely wonderful thing for Amy to do. I was really pleased with both Dr. Park’s office and also Stand Up. Everyone I met was extremely helpful and friendly. They all seemed to enjoy working there. Communication is also excellent, between services and to me as the patient. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities . I am thankful for being able to see these health professionals and would highly recommend TOC and Dr. Park.

Met to discuss four years post surgery lumbar fusion and discuss pain and potential solutions to ease pain. Dr. Park listened and then offered deep tissue massage in hip with concurrent pt on back and hip flexibility. I’m in agreement as I’m not interested in rushing into a sixth back surgery.

2 hour wait

Dr. Park was personable and conversational. He asked about my current symptoms and went into detail about my condition, using X-ray and MRI images to explain structures and the likely cause of my problems. We settled on a plan to wait on a surgical solution depending resolution of my symptoms and gave me interim instructions. He answered all my questions.

Dr. Parks was able to help me tremendously with a spinal fusion. I’m no longer in debilitating pain like I was before the surgery.

Dr. Park’s office staff are very courteous and timely. They make you feel at ease. Dr. Park is very personable and he has a great bedside manner. He takes as much time as needed with his patient ensuring everything about a procedure is covered and that all questions are answered. I feel very comfortable with him.

Dr park makes sure that I understand everything about the visit & the plan of care he will provide. He is thorough & kind. I trust him with my health and his experience in his field. He is absolutely the best

His office staff was great checking me in and I did not have to wait before getting a X-Ray. Immediately, I saw Dr. Park and he explained my situation without using medical terms. He is an excellent doctor.

Dr. Parker did a simple X-Ray, no need for MRI. He show me the X-ray on the computer and explained the diagnostic that indicated no need for surgery at this time. I should do physiotherapy and do not carry have weight.Dr Park treated me with patience and kindness. I am very pleased. I also like to thank his PA for her contribution.

Dr. Park always takes time to listen and answer questions. He also is very detailed explaining test results. Feel well taken care of!

I was seen by a PA, because the Dr was 'too backed up', and I left completely untreated, being told, 'PT MIGHT help' and 'it's PROBABLY your shoulder'. Waste of money, and my primary is rather upset at their lack of professionalism too.

Had my 3 month post back surgery visit. X-ray was taken and had a very short wait before I saw Dr Park. He reviewed x-ray with me, listened to and answered my concerns and assured me that I was healing well and encouraged me to keep up the walking and rehab exercises. Could not have been more pleased with visit.

Dr Park and his staff are professional, thorough and he had great communication with me as a patient.

Absolutely amazing doctor down to earth very personable fixed my back where other doctors messed up. The staff is second to none, all in all excellent service.
