I had a surgery with Dr. O'Toole that ended up causing complications and healed poorly. He refused to perform another surgery that would fix it even though I couldn't eat and was suffering from malnutrition and unhealthy weight loss. I had to travel to the other side of the state to get the surgery that fixed his error. Thankfully I'm a lot better now, but no thanks to Dr. O'Toole.
