Thank You Dr. OLEXA and the Team you had in 2018. Replaced Rotar cuff tear and cleaned out the bone in shoulder. Very informative, very helpful, courteus, and thanks to Dr. Tom, I can now throw a football. Havent been able to do that since I was 15, then Heavy Highway Construction for 25 years. RECOMENDED.

I don’t know who was worse- the doctor or his aid. They both treated my injury like it was no big deal and had horrible bed side manner. I felt like I was a bother for the whopping 10 minutes I was there. They didn’t take the time to perform new xrays or even bother to look at my injury up close. I was told there was nothing they could do and to tough it out basically. They put the same splint that the hospital put on me but without any dressing underneath of it. When the nurse was trying to set it she pressed directly on my broken bone sending my pain level through the roof. When I brought it to her attention she ignored me and it was until I basically yelled that she stopped pressing on it. Went and got a second opinion 2 days later and was informed I needed surgery right away if I wanted my injury to heal properly.

He does not listen to his patients. I broke my arm. He said I didn't need surgery. 6 weeks later I was still telling him something was not right with my shoulder. He kept saying it was sore muscles and physical therapy would work it out. 2 months later the Cleveland Clinic had to do surgery due to having a displaced tendon. Now I am starting all over - not able to move my arm and have to start therapy all over again. Then he started walking out of the room while I will still talking to him

Dr. Olexa was rude and condescending. The ER doctor showed me the hairline fracture. Dr. Olexa said it was a sprain and to start working and bending it. I got another opinion. New doctor showed me in two different xrays the fracture and told me to wear a boot and use crutches until I get rechecked in a month. Dr. Olexa acted as if I didn't need surgery I wasn't worth his time. I will never go back to him!

We want to thank Dr. Olexa and his large staff for the all encompassing care they provided for my son. He required shoulder labrum surgery. He has recovered excellent and has returned to sports without a problem. He underwent therapy at the same facility which was excellent. We highly recommend this group.

Dr. Olexa was very thorough and clear with his explanations of everything that he did. He was very kind to my family who came along to support me. He happily answered every question I had and he treated me as if my problem were his own. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I rate him less than poor. Horrible bedside manner, doesn't explain anything, during office visits, he comes in says three words and as you are asking him questions he starts walking to the door. The nurse literally stood in front of the door so he wouldn't leave while I was speaking. Because of his incompetence I've had a total of 6 surgeries on my shoulder for a "simple rotator cuff" repair. I have constant pain, osteoarthritis and massive scar tissue issues because of him. STAY AWAY
