Get a new doctor!
I called at 330pm to talk to someone in the office. I tried for 30 min and they were ignoring the phone. Good way to treat your patients. I will call my pharmacy to get a refill, because Dr. Nowotny can’t figure out how many refills I need until the next appointment. They will send over a request. Few days later I will call pharmacy and they don’t have anything. I call the office, “yea we’re working on it”. I keep telling the doctor I don’t think some of the meds I’m on are doing anything. He just wants to add more. Always running late. I’ve been putting it off trying to find a new doctor. I have had enough! Time for a new one!

Best in Missouri
Dr. Nowotny takes his time with every patient needing his help. He listens. He knows his medications & takes pride in getting to know his clients. If you are just looking for controlled medications for your next “fix”, he WILL see through it every single time - which is what I have to assume any negative review is about. He does not cater to drug-seekers, he caters to those that sincerely want treatment for their mental health diagnoses. Although he is very “STL” and cuts straight to it, he is so very kind and passionate about people and their wellbeing. I will continue to recommend this physician until the day he retires & will continue telling others how I’ve witnessed the positive effects he has made in so many lives because of his treatment plans and compassion for both his clients and career.

I love him. I use to go to him years ago and loved him then too. I went back to get my meds looked at and am so happy I did. He knows his meds. I was on a lot of wrong meds. He will get me straightened out. He is a straight shooter and totally listens to you. Thanks Doc! You’re the best!!!

Dr. Nowotony is a no nonsense to the point doctor. That is right rather than wasting your precious time with chit chat. But, he is not "hard core". You can see that he does really care about your results.

I love him!! He has saved me from myself twice. He’s a straight shooter and won’t sugar coat it for you. I’m lucky to have found him. If you’re a drug seeker go somewhere else. He knows his meds and will find the correct dosage for you. He is absolutely wonderful.
