I am 69 years old, and I had a deep plane facelift, brow lift and lower bleph. I am extremely pleased with the results. I am 4 months post op and my face and neck are absolutely beautiful and natural. My recovery was very easy and I did not have any complications or any concerns. I live in Baton Rouge and did my consultation and after surgery follow ups at his Covington office. The actual surgery took place in his New Orleans office called Hedgewood Surgical Suites on St Charles Ave. It truly is a beautiful stately facility. The whole surgery experience was perfect. I must note that the anesthesia was the best and most gentle I ever had. I had no nausea at all. I did spend one night in a beautiful room with 2 very knowledgeable and caring nurses. Thank you Dr Moulthrop. You certainly are a talented and caring surgeon.

Dr Moulthrop is such an amazing doctor! I can’t say enough about his work. From the consultation to the follow up visits, Hedgewood surpassed my expectations. Dr. M is personal, professional, and exceptionally skilled in facial surgery. I consulted with three surgeons before choosing Dr Moulthrop, and I am beyond happy! My chin and neck are perfectly sculpted. My friends in Austin said OMG- you look amazing and so much younger! Younger was not my goal, but Dr M took years off my appearance. Dr. Moulthrop is amazing in every aspect. First and foremost are the natural looking results and coupled with Dr. Moulthrop's humility it's a total win. His office staff and nurses are wonderful and could not be kinder. Obviously an attitude set at the top. I know 2 other people who have Dr Moulthrop as their plastic surgeon and their results are beautiful.

Dr. Moulthrop is amazing. I stopped in to get my eyes done one afternoon. It took 1 1/2 hours, I felt no pain during or after, it looked perfectly natural, and I went back to work. No one noticed any evidence of surgery. The only change was that he removed 20 years from my eyes--absolutely factual. He is not only one of the kindest, most sincere, easy going people you'll ever meet but the most skilled facial plastic surgeon on the planet--and I know what I'm talking about.
