Arrogant and completely dismisses your symptoms
Got humiliated, no vitals checked or weight even, didn’t even ask me questions. Completely embarrassing! Didn’t even do a urinalysis! Ended up in ER same day with UTI and kidney infection, also kidney stones! Unreal anyone would allow someone like this to be in practice.

Dr Mattox was kind and listened to what was happening to my body. His staff were very friendly but the greatest asset was miss Tracy. She went above and beyond to help me find treatment and I’m eternally grateful for her and her strong sense of care and ethic. Dr Mattox gave a needed diagnosis to start me on the road to recovery

Dr Mattox has given me a whole new lease on life. I have dealt with overactive bladder for over 20 years. I have been on numerous meds that were less than effective. Dr Mattox did Botox injections into the bladder and I now off all meds. Prior to the Botox, I got up 6+ times per night. Now I get up once if that. The procedure was done in the office without problems. I am off all meds and not longer have the dry mouth from the i would recommend Dr Mattox to anyone who wants a better life.

I have never felt rushed and have found Dr. Mattox to be patient and extremely competent. I am an RN and would easily recommend Dr. Mattox to friends and family.
