Dr. Thomas Koithan, DO

Depression and anxiety have been a debilitating condition for me. I tried many medications, some would work for a few days and then I would get a side effect. I would explain this to my providers and they would make drastic changes that would frustrate me. I honestly had lost hope, I thought my life was going to be this way forever. I was desperate when I first saw doctor Koithan and OMG, he has been a life changer! Finally someone listened to me! Somehow he was able to find a medication that helped me and he also suggested TMS. TMS has helped me so much! I have had ups and downs throughout the treatment, but I have had more good days than bad days. I feel like TMS opened my eyes, I now enjoy the smallest things in life! I was scared of doing TMS, I told this to Carly (the TMS tech), and she was great at explaining the process and givingme support. She's a great listener and I feel like she cares! I honestly recommend this clinic, they are awesome!

Patient attempted suicide and family attempted to contact. First attempt Answering service professionally promises to immediately inform Dr. NO RESPONSE. Second call left message on office phone 3 days later. No response! Office staff was argumentative about scheduled appointment cancellation WHILE PATIENT WAS STILL HOSPITALIZED! Dr had previously lowered Med levels with no follow up. Don’t trust your life with this team

I had to wait over 35 min to be seen, and when I was there he kept rushing me because he was too concerned about seeing his next patient on time. When I asked questions, he got defensive and arrogant. He did not explain his reasoning other than "it's what he wanted to do". Does not take his patient into consideration when making a decision, only his own ego. The office is totally run down and cheap looking. It's tacky and dirty. Nothing here is worth your time or money.
