Initial visit
Requested more tests that maybe could’ve been requested before we had the initial visit. Seemed like he was in a hurry and didn’t give us time to process having to get additional tests.

Great Experiences
Dr Klein is very open and honest. I’ve been going to him for years. He is very knowledgeable about the procedures, comes back to check on you pre and post procedure. During the procedure, he lets you know what’s going on and if something is going to hurt, he lets you know and gives you more medicine if you ask and need it. He talks to you like you’re a human being! Unlike a few Surgeons I’ve dealt with, he has a sense of humor! His team is terrific! They all treat you like a patient! Very kind, caring, respectful, and good at their jobs! You’re not a procedure or a number to them! Very refreshing and wonderful from check in to check out. Some people don’t like Doctors who tell the truth and don’t sugar coat things, but I’d much rather have someone who will just talk to me and tell me what’s going on. Thank you Dr Klein for all the great care you and your staff have given to me!

Horrible patient care
I was supposed to receive an injection from Dr. Klein. I requested to lay down during the injection and Dr. Klein refused. I began to pass out once he began and he stopped, told the nurse he couldn't proceed and then left.I have requested to lay down during every medical procedure and have never been denied. I also have never had a doctor walk out of a procedure because they were unable to complete it.I would never recommend going to Dr. Klein to anyone, ever.

I have had two experiences with Dr. Klein. Both have been exceptional beyond my expectations! Made me very comfortable at all times and was concerned about my well-being and seem to be very knowledgeable about what he was doing.

Ultimately I felt as if they were in no way interested in managing my care, but more concerned with feeding ortho surgeons new potential major surgery opportunities. To some degree I feel as if my being black was a factor in the decision making process.

Dr Klein was a great breath of fresh air from 1st appt. I was forced to find a new pain mgmt dr after the one I had been treating with left practice abruptly. After 14 years, I had developed a high level of trust, and was terrified at the thought of starting over with someone who may not understand my situation. I had great anxiety going into my first appt, but he quickly put my fears to rest. He was very thorough, personable, and had new ideas for treating my complex pain condition. He's great!

I felt like he did not listen to me and spoke over everything I tried to say. Did not even look at me, just went over my history and went off of that. I was so disappointed and thought I was actually going to get some help but instead got nothing but upset and made to feel like I was crazy
