Dr. Kim was very kind, competent, and thorough. He spent unhurried time with me, asked pertinent questions, and listened to all my answers. His staff was also very kind and competent and explained exactly what I needed to do before coming to my first appointment. My waiting time was minimal. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kim.

His staff does paperwork at the last minute. They did not check until the day before if I needed prior authorization for a procedure. It took 2 months to reschedule it-good thing I was ok until then. They also did not schedule me a long enough appointment the first time I saw the PA. Again it was the day before the appointment they figured that out. The doctor must be alright with the way his office is run.

my mother and I experience the worst medical treatment from Dr Thomas Kim, my mother had a 1:45pm appointment yesterday, and when we arrived at 1:42pm , my mother was taken back and weighed in and room, in the room the ma came back sated that dr Kim could not see her because we were late , that her appointment was schedule for 1:30pm and Dr T Kim could not see her, my mother is 89 years old and was in cruciate pain and he refused to see her, my mother will never be seen by him again.
