Belittling
Dr. Thomas Kiefer was unhelpful and had no empathy. He was nice for a short time until he asked about unrelated personal medical decisions. He quickly became very vocal about his disagreement and immediately turned irritable and belligerent. He literally told me I was crazy and nothing was wrong with me and there was nothing he could do for me. I only wish I had followed my gut feeling and walked out rather than finish up the appointment with that type of unacceptable behavior. Thank goodness I didn’t believe him, I obviously would know if something was wrong with my own body. I ended up seeing a nurse practitioner in Columbus who specializes in hormones, gut health and personal wellness who helped me find the root cause of my real symptoms.

My testing showed no allergic reaction to the 40 common allergens. Dr. Kiefer took plenty of time with the tests and did his best to come up with a reason for my symptoms. He was easy to talk to and very concerned.

I just had my first visit with Dr. Kiefer. He has a very easy manner and seemed to be very caring about what my concerns were and his treatment of my condition. I would highly recommend him.
