Dr. Jones was very knowledgeable and explained everything that was going to be done when he did my hip replacement. The staff and Dr. Jones are very professional and very caring.

He did knee replacement—very nice job, very friendly,excellent bedside manner & spends time with me.

A fabulous experience. Thoroughly explained everything. Surgery scheduled quickly and was performed expertly. Was 110% pleased with this experience.

I lived with a bad hip for over 7 years before seeing Dr. Jones. Dr. Jones thoroughly explained the options available (2009), what to expect after surgery, physical therapy that would be required, and longevity of the replaced hip. I followed Dr. Jones regimen to the tee and was back to work in under 2 months. I have since ran 5 half marathons, countless 5k's, perform resistance training regularly, and have a very active life. I would recommend Dr. Jones to anyone for orthopedic needs. It is coming up on 15 years since my surgery and I could not be more pleased. Thank you Dr. Jones!

The best. Caring and professional. If you have to wait a little longer in the waiting room, it's because he is giving quality time to his patients, and he will do the same for you. I have never been disappointed with his advice and care.

My grandmother was recently seen by Dr Jones at Trumbull Memorial. Despite our best efforts to stay away from him (recommended by most people) he seems to be the ONLY Ortho on call at all times, which seems strange to me. She had dislocated her elbow 3 days prior and was in a splint. She was in the hospital for something totally unrelated to her elbow injury and she requested her splint be taken off. Instead of following through with giving her an x ray to make sure everything was in place, Dr Jones removed her splint and wrapped her arm in an ace bandage and said she needed to be seen by him in 4 weeks. I already had an appointment for her at a different Ortho and took her to that instead of waiting the 4 weeks Dr Jones recommended. Turns out, because of his negligence and total lack of responsibility of the care of hispatients her elbow dislocated AGAIN and she needed to be sedated for it to be reduced. We will NEVER trust him with the care of ANYONE ever again. STAY AWAY FROM HIM!!!

Doctor did not follow through with physical therapy after my surgery. Doctor was more concerned with money instead of my well being. I am worse off know than I was before my surgery.

He is so really caring and patient and did a great job with my total hip replacement. Was back to work way sooner than I thought possible. Trumbull Memorial nurses were great too. I will have him do my other hip for sure.

This Dr likes to get to know his patients, and listens to them. I'd highly recommend!

Dr. Jones and his staff are awesome. Did a fantastic job on my knee and my sisters. Wonderful bedside manner and very kind and compassionate.

Dr. Tom is really caring and did a great job with my knee replacement. I wouldn’t go to anyone else in the area. His nurses on the floor were awesome too.

Time well spent. Dr. Jones thoroughly discusses my shoulder issue and came up with a successful treatment plan.
