RUN! I brought my grandma in for a cataract eval and the doctor showed up over an hour late. When he finally saw her, didn't explain anything, dilated her eyes without explaining it, and we waited another 30-40 min. Meanwhile the office manger? his wife? was screaming at the girls working there calling them stupid in front of a whole room of patients. We were horrified. The girl who did my grandma's eye measurements and the other girl who went over the surgery paperwork were the only kind, caring people in the office. Next appt., same thing. Dr. John was over an hour late and once again didn't explain anything and treated his patients like cattle. I found another doctor for my grandmother, not this "doctor" and whoever that woman is. Possibly the rudest doctor I've ever met, and I'm a pharmacist, I've met and spoken with many doctor's. This...this was not health care. He clearly only wants money and doesn't care about his patients.

A few years ago, I went to one of his offices where the tiny waiting room was so packed the patients had to stand and wait in the hallway! He spent very little time with me after waiting for him a little over an hour! The office manager (his rude wife) literally yelled at me when I didn't buy a product they were trying to push on me. They are very inconsiderate of their patients and treat us like an assembly line of packed sardines! One day I went to my appointment, and the office was locked with nobody there! There are much better, friendlier, and considerate opthamologists and office staff out there! I recommend you search their reviews.

I know for a fact that the office manager wrote the positive reviews. She is the rudest person I've ever met. Someone left a copy of all the bad reviews in the office and shortly afterward all these positive reviews were posted. SCAM ALERT!

Worst bedside manner and office experience I've ever had. The "office manager" is rude, is constantly yelling at staff and patients. Doctor spends less than 2 minutes with each patient.

Dr. John is an exceptional eye doctor and Surgeon. He has given me my eyesight back and his staff his very friendly and competent. He is a thorough professional and takes times to explain everything to the patients. He has done his fellowship from Harvard medical school when that time you could not even get in only if you were exceptional. I am very satisfied with Dr.Thomas John's service and his practicing team. regards, Pateint of Dr. John -Mariana Fraghia email address mareluvshoes@gmail.com

PATIENT BEWARE!!!! Run as fast as you can from this physician and his office staff! My experience with them has been excruciating! I have never written a negative review before and I also work in healthcare so I am very aware that things can sometimes go astray. Dr. John and his office staff are rude and nonresponsive. Long story short I spent thousands of dollars and much pain and aggravation to have my eyesight worse.

I wouldn't recommend Dr. John to my worst enemy! My grandmother has cataracts. She is 82 years old. He wanted to perform surgery on her the same week he examined her. He hurried through his explanation and procedure. Instead of giving her a prescription that day for eye drops that were necessary to apply the day before surgery, he said he would call it in. I had to call the office 3 times in order to finally get him to call my pharmacy. I had asked the doctor and the flip flop wearing
