AVOID - Doesnt check allergies before RX
Terrible Doctor. Double check all prescriptions. After verifying all allergies he still sent a prescription to the pharmacy for me that would have sent me into anaphylactic shock and killed me. I'm pregnant! Diligence would be a bare minimum expectation from a medical provider.
