I have been to many doctors Who ignore your input . Dr. Higginbotham has listened and has tried various medications and found someone with an similar condition as I have. I highly recommend him to anyone needing medical attention or a primary care physician.

Dr Higginbotham Truly cares about his patients, he spends way more time with you then most doctors I’ve been to, he is also humble and doesn’t act superior to you because he’s a doctor, if he doesn’t have the answer he tries to find it. He’s a doctor of yesteryear, there is no corporate BS with Dr H.

Disappointed in the process and the appointment. I had to have x-rays done and the procedure was not a pleasant one. Felt like the facility was outdated and I was just another patient going through. The doctor only showed me one x-ray and seemed to have already made his mind up about my diagnosis. Never physically checked my knee or the area around it. Seemed to think expensive injections would be the answer along with physical therapy. I did no go back for a second appointment.

Dr. Tom is a very professional & knowledgeable Physician. He takes the time to listen and will give you a detailed diagnosis when possible. As far a physical medicine, he is tops in Colorado Springs. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Higginbotham's receptionist is completely worthless and doesn't care about patients. Dr. Higginbotham goes on vacation and has NO backup plan for patients to be seen while he is gone, the receptionist's suggestion is find a new doctor. Unbelievable!

This office and this doctor are not like any other you'll see these days. He is one doctor with one examining room and he sees one patient at a time. He will get to know your name, he will listen carefully to your situation and he will do whatever he can to help you.
