Dr. Thomas Hanlon, MD

I have been with Dr Hanlon for years he is very personable. He does listen to U but most of all he is the best pain management Dr. I know of. Thank You Dr Hanlon for everything U have done for me.

Office does not return calls to schedule appointment with the doctor!!! Physically went to the office in person to reach someone, was told by a receptionist that I needed an MRI, ordered by my family physician, before I could even be seen by Dr. Hanlon. Had I not gone there in person, I would not have known this, because lazy/uncaring/impersonal office staff cannot return phone messages!! I was a previous patient at this office, but since I was not seen in over a few years, I treated like I was never there before!! Who is the receptionist or desk person to tell me I needed an MRI??? This person is not a doctor! In other orthopedic doctor's offices, I have never been turned down for an appointment to see a doctor, who would then order the MRI needed after examination. Dr. Hanlon, you need a new office staff! I assume LVHN would be interested to know that your office does not care for their previous patients, and or anyone new, since they are incapable of common office courtesy!

Dr Hanlon is the best pain management doctor! He is very personable, treats you with respect, pays attention to you and what you say to him as a patient. Awesome man!

Dr. Hanlon has been taking great care of my self and my husband for years and I am always satisfied with them.

I absolutely love this Dr.and staff..He's very thorough with you,and would recommend him.

I wouldn't let this man stick my spine again for all the money in the world. If you request you films for another doctors review he won't give them and the photocopies he gives you are so blackened you cannot distinguish even one lumbar vertebrae from another. These are your records people not his!
