Dr Haffey is indeed the best. ??

Made me at ease with every test, and visit.

Dr. Haffey is one great Doctor. He has an incredible bedside manner and makes you feel completely comfortable. He has a great sense of humor and we usually trade jokes by the end of the visit. I wish all Doctors were like him. One of the best. His nurse Sandy, who has been with him for years, is also wonderful.

Dr. Hafey and his entire staff have been the most awessimous bunch ever!!!! Always a friendly welcome with a friendly smile. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My last visit I had to wait 30 minutes before I was called. And when Dr. Haffey came in, he was only there for about 10 minutes.

I enjoy my visits to Dr. Haffey's office. His Medical Assistant Sandie is friendly and makes me feel comfortable. I am confident that Dr. Haffey and Sandie will provide excellent health care.

My visit was a little disappointing because they were not able to do the cardio version. I believe this was the 6th try. No fault of Dr. Haffey's. I think he is wonderful and I am blessed he is taking care to be careful with my heart.

I was there because of Afib events that happened over the weekend and the previous day. I was having more events that morning and presented with PVC on the EKG. Dr. Haffey was going to show me some stuff on his computer for Afib when I felt light headed. He offered me his chair and listened to my heart beat. It was normal. A few minutes later I told him that the irregular heart beat was back. He took my pulse. He then said he wanted me to go to the ER because he did not have the equipment in the office to deal with this and what may happen. So, he actually wheeled me to the ER and got me admitted. I spent the rest of the day and the next morning undergoing a number of tests - all were normal. SO I was released and started a new medication for the Afib. It was good that he explored all avenues to be sure that I was OK and that he could prescribe a medication for the Afib and not ignore possible other problems. I have been under his care since 2000; he is the greatest.

Excellent knowledgeable doctor. Listens to questions and explains everything well. Has a good sense of humor. Tells it like it is. Talks in a positive and encouraging manner, always asks me to tell him some good news, or something good I'm doing for my health.

I was very pleased with the care I received on my visit. I feel like Dr. Haffey listened to me very carefully and did a great job of reviewing everything and ordering the appropriate tests.

I found Dr Haffey and his staff to be very professional and helpful. He took the time to explain what i needed to do to improve my health. I have all the confidence that he is working hard to help me overcome my issues. I definitely will be returning for follow up visits.

Dr. Haffey, Is one of the best doctors I have ever been to see. He has helped me to keep all my Cholesterol levels under control for many years. He always listens to my concerns and he always lets me be a part of the decisions process on my prescriptions. He is very honest and forthright which is what I need to make the right decisions. I have even referred my own wife and family members to him!! I trust him, more than any other Dr. I have had.

Dr. Haffey placed a pacemaker in my mother in January 2018, following an ambulance ride to the North Suburban Medical Center's emergency department, the closest hospital which was a mistake. After the surgery, she experienced constant pain and within 4 weeks it was oozing puss. She then went to Good Samaritan Hospital where the pacemaker was removed, spent a week on high doses of antibiotics, and eventually had to have a new pacemaker put in which has given her no problems.

He was very informative and pleasure to talk to.

The reason for my one star answer is due to a number of things. He has absolutely NO bedside manner, he makes jokes during very serious situations, he's rude, and I hope I never have to deal with him again!!!!!!!!
