Dr. Thomas Gribbin, MD

Dr. Gribbin is an exceptional oncologist. As a breast cancer patient in my 30s, I feel incredibly fortunate to be under his care. He’s calm, soft-spoken, and deeply compassionate—supporting me emotionally while expertly guiding my treatment. I’ve ended up in tears a few times, and he handles every moment with such understanding and kindness. He also adapts his communication style beautifully—more conversational with my husband, who has lots of questions, and gently supportive with me. As a well-informed patient who comes in with research and questions, I feel truly respected. He engages with my knowledge without ever tiring of my curiosity. His confidence and care have helped me find the mental strength I need during this time. I wouldn’t want anyone else guiding my care—or my mother’s, if she were in my place. I can’t think of a single thing I would change about him. His bedside manner is unmatched, and I’m so grateful to have him by my side.

Dr Gribbin was my oncologist. He listened, cared & spent time. He answered my questions honestly even when I didn’t like the answer, lol. He was comfortable w me working w my naturopath, together we adjusted things to make it all work. He didn’t push my body: when I had a bad reaction he stopped, adjusted, tried a different approach, then changed med altogether. He said if the new one didn’t work we could just finish treatment early. Confidence in your team is very important. I’ve recommended others to Dr Gribbin over the last 4 yrs & will continue to do so

Dr Gribbin provided the perfect blend of knowledge, empathy and practical suggestions. He was approachable and patient with my questions. He addressed my concerns and brought the voice of reason to a scary situation.

During my visit with Dr Gribbens he was in and out of the room in three minutes He never answered any questions or asked if I had any and just blew me off. He diagnosed me with out even knowing what my concerns were. I will not ever go beck to him and I would not reccomend him to anybody

Dr. Gribbin is the most sincere, caring, professional doctor I have ever been treated by. His time is your time with as much Q and A as necessary. He even personally called me on a Sunday morning to provide test results and diagnosis. Amazing. Tha’s all I can say.

I love seeing dr. Gribben in treatment of my breast cancer....never ever feel rushed and his staff has been excellent and responsive. Dr. Gribben has a very gentle and soothing bedside manner. I had decided that if I was to die someday from by cancer this was definitely the doctor I wanted in my care. I will never go back to Dr. Gribbin again. I waited 45 minutes for him to show up. He never did. I got the impression they thought I was there for a completely different cancer. The assistant looked confused when I told him I had breast cancer, yet he asked me about a colonoscopy and all the photos on the wall were of intestines... odd. The wait time was absurdly lengthy with no word from anyone. I never met the doctor. I left a note that I waited and have not heard a thing from them.
