My earlier review this year of 2017, I gave my PCP Dr. Grana 5 stars. I still give Dr. Grana 5 stars, but - the office personnel get 1 star. 3 times I tried to schedule an appt, but - even if there is availability, I get denied and instead I am referred to a Nurse. If I wanted a Nurse, I would have contacted the Nurse! Unfortunately, I was given no choice, and today I canceled my future appt of December 18, and did not reschedule, because I am changing my PCP reluctantly. I am very disappointed!

Takes forever get appt. i had Dr Wagner before and he was great. He left and they assigned me Dr. Grana. Tried to get appt for yearly checkup and was told it would be in October. I call for terrible stomach pains and was told no appt available. They said go to urgent care. I then ended up the ER. Mary Jane has had Dr Grana for 4 years. She called last week because she had a sore throat. She was told no appts available go to urgent care. Turned out she a bad ear infection. No appts Dr

He is attentive and receptive to your information. He will refer to specialists as your needs dictate. The office intake and discharge clerks are excellent and personable. The nurses aren't personable but are professional. The triage quickly send you to the urgent care center or ER for your same day call. Apparently getting appointments are difficult to get in the office for months but yet ER refers you back. Dr Grana told the nurse to have me seen in 3 days... oh well. That is a conundrum.
