Cold and dismissive
I visited the ER with a neck injury that had prevented me from sleeping for two consecutive nights and which caused me almost constant pain. This was a chronic issue that I've had issues with every few months for years. Dr. Gilmore was very direct and seemed a little rushed, which I don't take personally in an ER, but when he examined me, he did so extremely roughly, yanking my head to the side in a way that made made me nearly scream and caused massively more pain than I'd been in. It gave the distinct impression that he thought I was exaggerating or lying (I hadn't been seeking pain medication or anything like that, I just wanted to have the issue examined), and my husband, who was in the room, got the exact same impression. Super unpleasant person who seems to feel contempt for his patients. Avoid him if you're able.

terrible ER visit, i was better off not going
awful ER visit, i didn't feel that my concerns were addressed, i felt dismissed. i noticed that the dr is rude towards nurses and other patients, including being fed up with a crying baby. after i heard the dr relaying wrong information about my symptoms to the nurse, i brought this up to him and he wrote on my chart that I was arguing and anxious. if you have a bad experience with this dr, don't doubt yourself or your symptoms

Went in to the ER for heart issues, dismissed my concerns and said “you know, we have actual sick people here. I’m going to send you home.” No EKG, no blood work nothing. Went home and chest pains continued until I went back the following week and asked for an EKG. Unprofessional and lacking empathy. Should not be a doctor!

Should seek an alternative profession. Disdainful personality. Miserable experience!
