I went in for urgent care (walk in). It was a short visit. He prescribed meds and said he’d get his assistant to come in to get some info some they could order me an MRI.

Dr Giel didn’t appear to have time to answer my questions. He was very nonchalant about my jury and made comments that were sarcastic and at times he seemed to make light of my injury. I am not impressed or comfortable having him do my surgery. I sought a second opinion, which I have never done before.

Shoulder replacement needed
Dr. Giel, was very easy to talk to. I was able to address all of my concerns with him and he talked me through our plan for surgery and helped ease my fears of any complications. While this was only a preop assessment appointment, at this point, I would highly recommend him to others with shoulder issues.

Amazing very compassionate Dr.
Dr. Girl was very upfront and honest about what we were facing. He has been amazing through my daughter's horrific injury. The amount of care, concern and compassion was outstanding. He takes his time to explain and answer any questions. After surgery he came out to explain everything and repeatedly checked up on her. We are still in the midst of this nightmare injury but we are blessed that we were lead to him. THE BEST!!!!

Excellent Diagnosis
Kudos to Dr. Giel for the excellent diagnosis of tendonitis in my left ankle. Before I visited with Dr. Giel, I visited Appling Podiatry. He provided the "boot" to relieve the pain in my ankle without improvement. Dr. Giel referred me to the Foor and Ankle specialist. I am now in therapy to improve the tendons of my ankle.
