Dr. Garner has been my primary care doctor for about 25 years, so I speak from long association. I was comfortable with him from my very first appointment. He investigated and diagnosed a condition that had long affected me and that other doctors had missed. He is an excellent diagnostician and clinician who genuinely cares about his patients. Kind and compassionate, he is never too busy to answer questions and explain anything that is unclear.
