Basal cell -mohs lip surgery
Dr B,Explained the procedure, and put me at ease. The Mohs surgery was on my lip along my nose and inside my lip. I was amazed at how quickly it healed and 99% not even noticeable.Great doctor and his staff is totally amazing.

I will never give this doctor a good review!
I was all ready for my surgery & ready to leave at 5:00 AM, the next day, but he TEXT my daughter, not me his patient, that he was sick & didn't get a lot of sleep, & had been walking back & forth all night, & he told her that it all depends on how he feels in the morning (of my surgery). Now, why would I go to him if he was feeling sick & didn't get any sleep the night before my surgery, but I let my daughter handle it, since he text her rather than call me. He cancelled, & told me to reschedule with his receptionist/secretary. I felt uncomfortable doing this, because of his behavior so far. (He even whispered to my daughter that he felt "I wasn't really listening to him, as if what he was saying was going in one ear & out the other." So, I waited for a long while before I called him, but when I finally did, to schedule my surgery, the receptionist/secretary accused me of all sorts of things that were not true, ie, too sick, I cancelled, ect. Never will I refer this Dr, to anyone!

Doctor came in and was not masked and didn't wash his hands until I asked for both to be done for my safety. I felt his response was unprofessional and rude and I felt it necessary to leave minutes after the appointment began.

After extensive removal of malignant melanoma from a shockingly large area of my left cheek Dr Dalsaso stepped in and performed a miracle! After care was and still is top notch! His caring and calm manner instills confidence. I’ve been in the best hands ever. He truly is an artist in facial reconstruction!

I feel fortunate to have been in the care of Dr. T. Dalsasio when I needed my upper lip reconstructed after cancer surgery. Dr. Dalsasio was very conscientious and professional during the entire procedure so I will, when needed, recommend him to my family and friends.

I'd prefer 0 stars but that's not an option. I don't do reviews normally because I feel like they're normally vengeful or fake but 3 years later and 2 surgery's later. I have lived through and moved past my frustrations this doctor has caused. I am posting this because it took 3 years to finally accept what I went through with Dr. Dalsaso Jr. I had a deviated septum/ prior broken nose fixed. He made me feel comfortable at the first visit. After my first surgery things changed. He messed up badly and i had to have a follow up surgery 5 months later. Still he didn't fix his mess up. While putting me down and making me feel like it was my fault not his. I would never trust this man!! I am a women and I would never trust him with my child or self again. Biggest mistake I ever made. And the aggressiveness he gave me during recovery was so unnecessary!! Not a gentle man, especially with your face. Respect yourself enough to go to another doctor.

Had to get a spot removed off face, and had an awful experience. Was poked unnecessarily rough with lidocaine needle, and then could still feel a few spots. Procedure door was left open, due to not having an assistant, and office manager/nurse(?) was constantly coming in room to ask about other patients. Cut area was much larger than discussed, size of a nickel to from under my eye to about an inch from my jaw. Didn't go back for stich removal had a nurse friend take them out.

I went to Dr. Dalsaso to repair my broken nose. My airways were partially blocked &it hurt to wear glasses. He promised a straight nose & clear airways. I never recovered my sense of smell and taste after surgery! My nose has an area of cartilage sticking out with an obvious dent. Glasses are still uncomfortable to wear. Dr. Dalsaso states he was “bewildered” that I was unhappy with my results. I lost 2 of my 5 senses and my nose is dented. He minimized the issues & was insensitive. Stay away!

I am positively sure that Dr. Thomas Dalsaso saved my life 20 years ago. I had stage 3 melanoma next to my nose. he was humble enough to consult with the Mayo Clinic, sending the biopsy, and consulting with them. Dr. dalsaso decided not to remove lymph nodes, but -as he explained to me- I wand to be aggressive and go deep so as to get all of it. that he did. 122 stitches later I began to heal Thank you Dr. Dalsaso Jr. for your excellent skills. I'm 74 yrs. now. thank you. FYI- no scars at all

He operated on me several years ago and I could not have been more pleased. He is caring and so particular about his work. Prior to surgery he was reassuring and took time to answer any questions that I had. He exudes confidence with everything he does. Great doc!!!!!
