He was very caring and thorough. Very knowledgable . Told me and showed what had happened to my eye and even said he would send me to a retinal specialist if I wanted. Worked me in tho I wasnt a former patient.

My issues with Dr. BROWN are not with him, as he spent time with me, answered all my questions, and was very thorough. My issues were with the office staff, as I arrived at 2:10 for my 2:15 appointment, but was not called back until 3:45 because the office staff had misplaced my file after I had arrived. I finally asked the receptionist why i was having to wait so long and that's when they realized that they had misplaced the file. Glad that I wasn't in a hurry.

He was very knowledgeable and thorough. My situation required more specific treatment of the retina and he referred me to a hospital that specializes in retinal care. He followed up after my treatment and showed genuine concern for my vision difficulties. I feel very confident with the care he provides. He is an excellent surgeon and I was surprised at how fast I recovered without any complications.
