Dr. Bovine has made it very difficult for my family member to obtain medical care and rehabilitation. He has been difficult when diagnostic testing is needed despite meeting the criteria for it and is very slow to respond to changes in his condition. If you have a family member who is in need of physical therapy and occupational therapy and has limited mobility or you yourself are in need of rehab and medical care, this is not the physician you want.
