I went to ER in Redlands with a blockage. Dr Arnold performed an emergency colostomy. surgery went well and Dr Arnold answered all my questions each time I saw him. 6 months later he was able to reverse the colostomy using a robot and laparoscopic surgery. Recovery time was great and again the doctor did a fantastic job. he was patient and answered all my questions.

just now I came in with 2 seromas in my breasts. Each one had 500ccs. I was there for 5 hours to first be told by surgeon Thomas Arnold that he had to treat the real sick patients first. What is that suppose to mean? I told him i would wait til midnight where he tried to discourage me with that wait. I said i would wait. Then an hour later he had a nurse tell me that he refused to help me. So my breasts are about to burst. Which will mean more money at another dr. Dr Arnold said i dont have a problem it will absorb. 900 ccs do not absorb. I am thouroghly disguted in this lack of care. I am reporting him to Medicare and whomever he has to answer to. My local ER had told me to go because it is dangerous. I was impressed at first but now im totally furious. This is unconscionable. If i could give zero i would. This dr has only been practicing 8 years. He does not care. He said i dont have a problem . Dont go there if you need help. Especially if your life depends on it.

My wife had emergent laparoscopic herniorraphy surgery. She came into ER at 7pm and after CT 2ish a decision to operate for 330ish surgery. Dr. Arnold fully explained both pre and post OP scenarios/results. His robotic skills were excellent with wife having surgery in early a.m. and discharge that night. His support staff were excellent. Her recovery was excellent returning to work. She is going back for f/u in 2 weeks.
