Dr. Thomas Andrews, MD

My son had his surgery done by Dr. Andrews as a child. Now his 1st child, my granddaughter will do the same. He has performed surgery on both my daughters and both my sons. He explains why it’s necessary for surgery and allows time to think about it. He followed up after all my children’s surgeries and answered questions. He always ask if you have questions. The staff provides a card to call if you think of questions. He makes kids feel comfortable, especially when they have anxious feelings. His staff of nurses, front office personnel, etc. are professional and friendly. Front office is sometimes not as consistent as back office. However that doesn’t diminish the quality of care from the nurses and providers. Praying my granddaughter remains in good hands and that God continues to bless Dr.Andrew before, during and after her surgery. Thank you for caring for my five heartbeats!

After a long history with Dr. Andrews I was recently very disappointed. All three of my kids have gone to this office. My daughter was born with a rare ear malformation (microtia) and after waiting many years,13, she had surgery out of state. The first two surgeries Dr. Andrews removed the stitches and when I called for the stitch removal of the final surgery I was told he no longer would do it. I received no explanation, no follow up. He just didn't want to bother. I will never be back.
